Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • COPD diagnosis according to the GOLD criteria

Exclusion Criteria

  • Asthma
  • Inability to perform pulmonary function and exercise tolerance tests
  • Recent myocardial infarction or unstable angina
  • Congestive heart failure: class III/IV
