Inclusion Criteria

  • Patients admitted with NSTEMI/ Unstable angina undergoing percutaneous intervention

Exclusion Criteria

  • Known renal failure
  • Known liver disease
  • Peripheral vascular disease involving upper limbs
  • Inability to consent
