Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Dental students of Dental school of Melaka-Manipal Medical College

Exclusion Criteria

  • Participants who had systemic diseases
  • Gingivitis or periodontitis
  • Use of antibiotics in the past 3 months,
  • Pregnancy,
  • Smoking
  • Orthodontic appliances.
