Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Score of at least 29 on the Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale- Concern over Mistakes subscale
Exclusion Criteria
- Currently participating in psychotherapy
- Any changes to psychotropic medications in the past four weeks
