Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Score of at least 29 on the Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale- Concern over Mistakes subscale

Exclusion Criteria

  • Currently participating in psychotherapy
  • Any changes to psychotropic medications in the past four weeks
