Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Upcoming or missed follow-up LDCT (low dose CT)
  • West Philadelphia resident
  • Between 18-89 years' old

Exclusion Criteria

  • No upcoming LDCT
  • Lives outside West Philadelphia
  • Outside age range
