Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Upcoming or missed follow-up LDCT (low dose CT)
- West Philadelphia resident
- Between 18-89 years' old
Exclusion Criteria
- No upcoming LDCT
- Lives outside West Philadelphia
- Outside age range
