Is prothrombin complex concentrate better than fresh-frozen plasma for coagulopathy after heart surgery?

Coagulopathy means the blood's ability to clot is impaired, which can cause serious bleeding. After heart surgery, this is a known problem, and doctors often treat it with fresh-frozen plasma (FFP), a blood product that contains clotting factors. Prothrombin complex concentrate (PCC) is a different product that also contains clotting factors but in a more concentrated form. The question is whether PCC works better than FFP for this specific situation.
