Inclusion Criteria

  • Diagnosis of advanced non-small cell lung cancer
  • Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of 0 or 1

Exclusion Criteria

  • Any prior treatment for non-small cell lung cancer
  • Brain metastases
  • With diabetes
