Inclusion Criteria

  • Mild-severe OSA patients
  • Over 18
  • Naive to CPAP
  • Fluent english

Exclusion Criteria

  • Comorbidities
  • Other sleep disorders
  • Inability to tolerate CPAP
  • Shift worker
