- American society of anesthesiologists classification 1-3 patients
- >20 years old
Exclusion Criteria
- patients refuse
- dementia patients, cooperation difficult patients
- anaphylaxis of dexmedetomidine, ketamine, local anesthetics
- heart problem (bradycardia, atrioventricular block)
