This narrative review looks at a proposed framework called semantic FAIRness. It is designed to help integrate and analyze epidemiological data related to COVID-19 in the United Arab Emirates. The study does not report a specific sample size or primary outcomes because it is a review of a concept rather than a completed trial. No medications were tested, and no safety concerns were reported since the framework has not been used in practice yet. The main limitation is that the framework has not yet been fully implemented or empirically evaluated. Because of this, readers should understand that the results are theoretical at this stage. The review suggests this approach could serve as a foundation for future development. If fully tested, it might enhance evidence-informed epidemiological analysis and public health decision-making in the UAE and similar contexts. Until more data is available, this remains a proposal for future work rather than a proven solution.
