Delgocitinib treatment for chronic hand eczema demonstrates statistically significant improvements in clinical scores across multiple phases. Specifically, Delgocitinib cream showed significant improvements in Investigator's Global Assessment for Chronic Hand Eczema (IGA-CHE) scores at weeks 4, 8, and 16 1.
