Mepolizumab demonstrated significant improvements in patient-reported outcomes for chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) at week 16, including a reduction in SNOT-22 scores and Endoscopic Nasal Polyp Scores of the Nasal Cavity 1. Additionally, patients treated with Mepolizumab showed improved Asthma Control Test scores 1.

Tezepelumab significantly reduced total nasal polyp scores, mean nasal congestion scores, and loss of smell at week 52 (p < .0001) 2. Dupilumab has been shown to significantly reduce nasal polyp scores [3, 5], improve the University of Pennsylvania Smell Identification Test scores 3, and decrease loss of smell scores in a symptom diary 3.
