Sitagliptin has been shown to significantly improve outcomes in movement disorders, specifically demonstrating a significant reduction in MDS-UPDRS scores (p=0.008) 1. Armodafinil was found to significantly reduce mean initial sleep latency as measured by the Maintenance of Wakefulness Test (p=0.003) 6.

Other interventions, including Donepezil, showed no significant changes in Clinical Global Impression scores, Geriatric Depression Scale symptoms, or Disability Assessment for Dementia scores 5. RVT-101 35 mg did not result in statistically significant improvements in gait speed (p=0.3565) 11 or in UPDRS-III, ADAS-Cog-11, or CIBIC+ measures 12.
