Neoplasms: what the trials found

Several agents have been evaluated for the management of neoplasms, with varying outcomes in efficacy and safety. Bevacizumab showed adverse event rates ranging from 71.4% to 100.0% 5. Everolimus demonstrated clinical benefit in approximately 7% to 9% of patients across different cohorts, with associated adverse events reported at 1% to 9% 6. Vemurafenib was associated with adverse or serious adverse events in 19.9% to 93.2% of participants depending on the cohort 7.

In specific clinical contexts, Sorafenib showed a range of severe treatment-related adverse events (CTCAE Grade 3 or higher) across different arms 13.
