Apremilast has demonstrated significant efficacy in treating Palmoplantar Pustulosis. In a Phase 3 trial, patients treated with Apremilast showed a statistically significant reduction in PPPASI total scores at week 16 compared to baseline (p<0.0001) and achieved a high rate of success in reaching the PPPASI-50 threshold (67.8% vs 35.3%, p<0.0001).
