Ranibizumab has been evaluated for the treatment of retinopathy of prematurity (ROP). In a Phase 3 trial, patients treated with Ranibizumab showed an 80.0% success rate in achieving both the absence of active ROP and the absence of unfavorable structural outcomes in both eyes at week 24 (p=0.0254) 1.
