Bullous pemphigoid: what the trials found

Dupilumab has demonstrated significant efficacy in achieving sustained remission at week 36 compared to the control group (4.0% vs. 18.2%, p=0.0250) 1. Additionally, patients treated with dupilumab experienced a statistically significant reduction in peak pruritus scores from baseline to week 36 (-26.7% vs. -51.8%, p=0.0025) 1. However, there was no statistically significant difference between the groups regarding the total cumulative dose of oral corticosteroids (OCS) from baseline to week 36 1.
