Chronic Urticaria: what the trials found

Omalizumab has been shown to impact clinical symptoms in chronic urticaria, specifically regarding the time to a 50% decline in the Urticaria Activity Score Seven Day (UAS7) [1, 3].

The intervention TEV-45779 demonstrated significant reductions in both the ISS7 and UAS7 scores at weeks 4 and 12. Specifically, mean changes from baseline for the ISS7 were -7.64, -7.35, -7.87, -7.27, -10.92, and -9.96 4.
