Kidney transplant recipients: what the trials found

Envarsus XR was evaluated for its impact on Calcineurin Inhibitor-related Symptoms (CIRS). While there was no statistically significant mean change in the overall CIRS severity score (-2.977; -3.139, p=0.944) or in any of the five individual CIRS items (p=0.345), a statistically significant difference was observed in the number of subjects with moderately severe, severe, or very severe scores on any CIRS item (18 vs 28, p=0.010).
