Clinical trials evaluated several pharmacological interventions for the management of SARS-CoV infection. Losartan was studied across multiple trials; results showed a P/F ratio at 7 days of 281.4 vs 260.9, and ventilator-free days were recorded at 18.4 and 18.1 respectively 10. In another study involving Losartan, the hospitalization rate was reported as 5.2% versus 1.7%, with a physical composite score change of 1.4 vs 0.2 11.

Hydroxychloroquine was evaluated in large-scale trials.
