Topography-guided LASIK treatment using the Allegretto Wave Eye-Q 400 Hz Excimer Laser demonstrated high efficacy in correcting hyperopia, with 94.78% of eyes achieving a Manifest Refraction Spherical Equivalent (MRSE) within ±0.50 D and 99.57% reaching MRSE within ±1.00 D ⁵.
