Suvorexant demonstrated a significant reduction in Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) scores at 4 weeks 1. Estradiol treatment significantly reduced both the frequency and severity of moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms 17. Additionally, estradiol was shown to improve vaginal health markers, specifically increasing superficial cells and decreasing parabasal cells while lowering vaginal pH 18.
