Pulmonary Tuberculosis: what the trials found

Several trials evaluated the efficacy of Pretomanid in treating tuberculosis. One study demonstrated that a significant number of participants achieved culture-negative status by 8 weeks (p < 0.001) 5. Additionally, clinical data showed that Pretomanid was associated with specific changes in sperm count at 12 and 44 weeks 10.
