Several systemic therapies demonstrate significant efficacy in managing dermatitis symptoms. PF-04965842 (100 mg) significantly extended the time to loss of response and the time to first loss of response based on IGA scores compared to other cohorts (p<0.0001) 1. Additionally, PF-04965842 showed high rates of EASI-75 achievement at week 12 (up to 70.3%) and significant improvements in pruritus numerical rating scales (NRS) 3.

Lebrikizumab demonstrated statistically significant improvements in clinical outcomes by week 16, with a substantial percentage of patients achieving an IGA score of 0 or 1 and EASI-75 (p<0.001), alongside a significant reduction in mean EASI scores 2.

Antihistamine treatments show varying results for pruritus management.
