Multiple trials evaluated the efficacy and immunogenicity of various HPV vaccines, including Gardasil, Cervarix, and V503 (9-valent human papillomavirus L1 virus-like particle vaccine). Clinical data demonstrate high seropositivity rates for these vaccines; specifically, 100% of participants were seropositive for HPV types 6/11/16/18 in several studies [4, 5, 14]. V503 demonstrated significant geometric mean titers (GMTs) against various HPV types including 6, 11, 16, and 18 across multiple trials [4, 6, 8], with some results showing high statistical significance (p < 0.001).

Comparative studies for Gardasil showed a significantly lower incidence of disease related to HPV types 31/33/45/52/58 compared to the control group 9. Additionally, trials evaluating Cervarix and other vaccine formulations reported high rates of successful seroconversion and meeting acceptable antibody titers for associated conditions like diphtheria and tetanus [10, 11].
