In a Phase 3 trial, the administration of rt-PA did not result in statistically significant differences in functional outcomes (mRS 0-3 vs. 4-6) at 365 days post-ictus (p=0.73) or in the proportion of patients with favorable outcomes on the extended Glasgow Outcome Scale (eGOS) (p=0.55). Additionally, all-cause mortality from ictus to 365 days did not reach statistical significance following rt-PA treatment (p=0.08).
