Secukinumab showed no significant difference in PASI 90 at week 28 compared to placebo (p=0.3857) but demonstrated a significant difference in PASI 75 over time (p=0.0300) 1. Risankizumab significantly improved PASI 90 and sPGA 0/1 at week 16 versus placebo (both p<0.001) 7. Deucravacitinib significantly improved DLQI 0/1, DLQI ≥4 reduction, and itch NRS at week 16 (p=0.0001 to p<0.0001) 14, and significantly improved scalp-specific outcomes (Ss-PGA 0/1, PSSI 90, scalp itch NRS) at week 16 (all p<0.0001) 16.
